Melbourne Victory striker Besart Berisha has blown up at coach Kevin Muscat during the Victory’s clash against Kawasaki Frontale in the AFC Champions League.

The score was tied at nil-all in the 70th minute when Muscat pulled his veteran Albanian striker for Kenny Athiu, and Berisha was less than impressed, unleashing an expletive-laden barrage as he walked off the field.

The fiery 32-year-old made a point to avoid Muscat on his way to down the bench as he continued his rant.

Despite Berisha’s anger, his team was able to come away with a crucial win over the Japanese side, courtesy of an injury-time winner by Kosta Barbarouses.

Muscat was quick to brush off the incident following the win.

“Haven’t got a problem with any of the boys that came on,” said Muscat.

“Last time I checked, it’s a football team.”
