In a speech to the WA Liberal state conference that wrapped up a three-day Perth visit, Malcolm Turnbull trumpeted his Government's planned overhaul of the GST carve-up by saying he had permanently fixed a long-running "injustice" to the state.That GST plan, announced last month, would use additional Commonwealth money to boost the funding pool and therefore increase each state's share.

On Friday, he was joined by Attorney-General Christian Porter as he visited the site of the $1.02 billion NorthLink project in the seat of Pearce.

Turnbull 's Liberals have signed up to the Paris Agreement and have agreed to a 37% CO2 reduction policy by 2030. To achieve this reduction farmers will need to reduce their beef and sheep stock by 37%. WA state election March 2017 = Labor.

He promised there would be a Liberal candidate for every seat at next year's federal election.

Mr Turnbull is expected to leave WA after attending the Liberal state conference where he will deliver a 20-minute speech.
