  Six now charged over shooting death of man at 'Buddhist temple' Chinese national Qin Wu was shot at the property in Sydney's west last year after intervening in an argument, police say.Six men have now been charged over the Chinese national's death.

Two men have been arrested over the fatal shooting of Qin Wu (pictured) at a makeshift Buddhist temple in February. The two men arrested over Mr Wu's death have both been charged with murder and shoot with intent to murder.

Two men are facing charges over their alleged roles in the shooting death of Chinese national Qin Wu last year.

Police say Mr Wu was "not the intended target" but was in fact shot in the course of trying to intervene "in an argument between his friends and others".

"We believe the argument related to a drug debt," Homicide Squad Commander Detective Superintendent Scott Cook said.

Police allege a 21-year-old Guildford man took part in a separate shooting allegedly linked to Mr Wu's death.

This shooting is alleged to have occurred on Bexley Road, Earlwood on January 23.

The alleged offender has since been charged with murder and two counts of shoot at with intent to murder.

Two men charged over the shooting death of a father-of-three at a Buddhist temple in Sydney's west will remain behind bars. Qin Wu, 37, was killed when police allege he intervened in a fight between his friend and a group of at least three men in Guildford in February.

A 49-year-old Sans Souci man has also been charged also with accessory after the fact to murder.

Both men have been refused bail and will front court.

Last month a 40-year-old man was charged with accessory after the fact to murder, and deliver/attempt to deliver thing to an inmate without authority – bringing the total of those charged to four.

Police say both shootings were possibly contracted. Investigations are continuing.
