It’s alleged the man made threats to members of the public when he was confronted. Police said the man was involved in another incident, where he committed an act of indecency next to a woman. It’s alleged the man sat next to a woman who was sunbathing in Alfred Park, Surry Hills, on January 8 at about 1.50 pm, when the act was committed.
