  Murder charge over stabbing of Macedonian man at party A man has been charged with murder after the stabbing of a Macedonian man at a Caroline Springs restaurant on the weekend. Gatecrashers stormed the private function at Korzo Grill House on Gourlay Road in the early hours of Sunday morning.Deni Dimovski, 31, was stabbed multiple times and later died from his injuries.He had only recently moved to Melbourne.A 29-year-old man will face court today charged with murder, affray and aggravated burglary over the alleged attack.Mr Dimovski’s cousin told The Herald Sun the family were mourning “a quiet man who was very happy and loved life”.

A second man has been charged after a gun was fired into a Sydney house at the weekend.

The pair are alleged to have left the Penshurst home after an argument with a 43-year-old woman in the early hours of Sunday, with police called after a shot was fired.

The woman was treated for minor grazes believed to be caused by flying debris.

A 33-year-old man was arrested at Bexley on Wednesday and charged with two counts of firing a gun at a dwelling and driving while disqualified.

He was refused bail and will appear in Sutherland Local Court on Thursday.

A 23-year-old man also wanted over the incident was found on Sunday night when officers pulled over a vehicle in Arncliffe.

Police say they found cash, drugs and a home-made stun gun in his car.

The man was charged with shooting a firearm into a dwelling, while the 44-year-old woman behind the wheel was arrested and charged with disqualified driving.
