She's got one of the best bods in the biz, but Laura Dundovic isn't a big fan of diets or fixed exercise schedules. Instead she believes the key is to make fitness and healthy living a part of your everyday life. Here, the AVANI Hotels ambassador reveals her philosophy to staying in shape.

How did you get into weights?

I've been training with the Base Body Babes and sort of really looking at my technique. I do a lot of dumbbells and barbells, so I do weighted squats and deadlifts – it's a bit of everything.

What foods do you always have in your fridge?

I suppose for breakfast I'll usually have an omelette or oats with berries so they're always in the fridge. They're the main things that are always there, you know, ingredients to make a smoothie or whatever. But then I cook pretty much something different pretty much for lunch or dinner every day.

If I'm snacking it means that I haven't been eating enough for my meals. So I just tend to eat really well, a really good mix of things and I don't really snack too much.
