What foods do you always have in your fridge?

I suppose for breakfast I'll usually have an omelette or oats with berries so they're always in the fridge. They're the main things that are always there, you know, ingredients to make a smoothie or whatever. But then I cook pretty much something different pretty much for lunch or dinner every day.

If I'm snacking it means that I haven't been eating enough for my meals. So I just tend to eat really well, a really good mix of things and I don't really snack too much.
