At 23 years of age, aspiring bikini model and self-confessed “fitness enthusiast” Cheyann Shaw was diagnosed with cancer.

Just one month before her wedding, Cheyann was told she was battling ovarian cancer after an unexpected trip to the emergency room.

“I never in a million years thought this would happen to me, especially since I am only 23, but I know I will win this battle,” she wrote when she was diagnosed in August this year.
